This site presents falcani’s services and products and lets you try example cases, write to the company and read its notes. Browsing it creates no contractual relationship. Services are hired in separate agreements or statements of work, under the terms of service.

3. Intellectual property

The site, its design, its texts, its illustrations and its code belong to falcani LLC or are used with permission. "falcani", its logo and its slogan are trademarks of falcani LLC. You may not copy them or use them in a way that suggests a relationship with falcani that does not exist.

The names, logos and products of the clients that appear in the cases belong to their owners. They are shown as a reference of the work done for them and do not imply that they endorse this site. When a case uses sample data, the site says so: it is made-up data.
