Privacy
What data of yours this site touches, what for, who processes it and how to ask to see it, correct it or delete it.
In 30 seconds
Almost nothing is kept
Your language, the cases you complete and what you type in the contact form live in your browser or on the page. None of it reaches us until you send the form.
If you write to us
Your name and email go to Clientary, the system where falcani keeps its contacts, together with the place on the site and the case you write from, and we confirm by email through ZeptoMail. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you are a person.
What we do not do
We use no tracking or advertising cookies, we do not sell data and we show no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your authorization, whenever you want from the Your data page.
Where your data goes
Pick a piece of data and see where it goes and what each service receives.
Where it goes: Your browser, Clientary, ZeptoMail, and Vercel
Your browserWhere you are
What you type lives on the page until you send it or reload. It is not saved to disk.
ClientaryContacts system
Keeps your name and your email as a falcani contact, with the place and the case you wrote from and with what you authorized.
ZeptoMailEmail delivery
Receives your email to send you the confirmation. If Clientary fails, it also carries the internal notice with your contact details.
Cloudflare TurnstileBot check
Gets none of this.
VercelSite hosting
Your name and email pass through its servers when they are sent. Our logs do not keep its content.

1. Who is responsible
The controller of the data of this site is falcani LLC ("falcani", "we"). You can write to us at legal@falcani.com. The full identification of the company is in the legal notice.
2. What data we process and when
While you browse. The site asks for no account or sign-up. It remembers in your browser, and only there, your preferred language (a technical language cookie) and the cases you completed in this visit (sessionStorage, which is cleared when you close the tab). That data does not travel to our servers.
When you open a form. When you open the contact form or the Your data form, your browser requests the Turnstile script from Cloudflare, the check that tells a person from a program. Cloudflare receives your browser’s technical data and your IP address for that check.
When you send the contact form. We receive your name and your email. Without you seeing or typing it, the site adds where you are writing from: the place on the site, the piece you wrote from, the cases you completed, the path you arrived by (including the ref parameter, if it had one), your language and, if you come from "Let’s solve it together", the identifier of your proposal, with a summary that includes your phrase and that the server reads from the saved proposal. With them we keep the proof of what you accepted: each authorization with its text, its version, its date and its language.
If you write to us on WhatsApp or by email. The contact sheet also offers to write to us directly, on WhatsApp or at solvers@falcani.com. It is a channel you choose and it is outside the site: the WhatsApp link opens your WhatsApp app (by Meta) or WhatsApp Web with a message already written, which names the case or the proposal you opened it from and which you can change before sending it. The site receives and stores nothing from that conversation, creates no contact in Clientary and records no authorization. We receive what you write on WhatsApp or in our email inbox and answer you from there; when needed, we record the contact in Clientary.
When you send a request in Your data. We receive the type of request, your email and the detail you write.
Whenever a request reaches the server. Vercel, the hosting provider, logs technical data about the request (such as the IP address and the path asked for) under its own policy. The forms apply a limit on sends per visitor: to count them we use an identifier derived from your IP with a hash that changes every day; we never store the IP itself.
3. What we use it for
- To write back to the email you left and to attend to your request.
- To confirm by email what you sent and what you accepted.
- To protect the forms from automated programs and abuse.
- To prove that you gave your authorization, if needed.
If you tick the news box, we will also write to you with falcani news. That box is optional, it is never ticked for you and it does not condition the answer we give you.
4. Who we share it with
Each one processes the data on behalf of falcani and only for what is said here:
- Clientary (contacts and sales system): keeps your name and your email, and where you wrote from, as a falcani contact.
- ZeptoMail (email delivery): sends the confirmation and, only if Clientary fails, the internal notice with your contact details.
- Cloudflare Turnstile (check against automated programs): receives the verification token and your IP.
- Vercel (hosting): serves the site and logs technical data about requests.
- Upstash (temporary store): counts sends per visitor with the identifier derived from your IP. It stores no names, emails or messages.
If you choose to write to us on WhatsApp, that conversation is processed by WhatsApp (by Meta) under its own policy, as with any message you send in that app.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. The site loads no usage analytics service today. The phrase you write in "Let’s solve it together" and the artificial intelligence provider that processes it are explained in the AI use page.
5. For how long
- Your language and the completed cases: until you close the tab or clear your browser data.
- The Turnstile check and the count of sends: the length of the limit window, which is hours or a day depending on the form.
- Your name and contact email, with where you wrote from: as long as Clientary keeps them to attend your request. The site keeps no copy.
- The proposal of "Let’s solve it together", when you create one: 30 days.
- What you write to us on WhatsApp or by email: as long as WhatsApp and our email inbox keep it to attend to you.
- Vercel’s logs: as long as Vercel’s policy sets.
6. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you which data of yours we hold, to correct it or to delete it, and to withdraw your authorization. Use the Your data form or write to legal@falcani.com. To protect your data, we may ask you to confirm that the email is yours before handing over or deleting anything. The data processing policy explains the deadlines and the rights that Colombian law gives you.
7. Security
Connections to the site use HTTPS. The forms validate what they receive on the server, verify the person with Turnstile and limit repeated sends. If you find a flaw, the security page says how to report it.
8. Changes
If what we do with your data changes, we change this text and its date. If the purpose of the processing changes, we ask for a new authorization.
Pending legal review
This text is a draft. Before it is published as final we still need to confirm: the address and phone number of falcani LLC, how long Clientary keeps contacts, the region of each provider’s servers, the scope in the European Union (the representative of article 27 of the GDPR) and the legal basis per country.
