Overview

Volantis Academy is a next-generation aviation e-learning platform created by a team of professionals from Dubai, Mexico, and the US. With a strong initial focus on Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) training, the academy’s mission is to deliver specialized aviation education through a digital-first approach.

They partnered with falcani to shape their brand, build their website, and create the platform that delivers their training worldwide. What started as a brand and a landing site is now a small ecosystem of three connected properties, each with a clear job.

Our solutions

  1. Brand creation. We designed a modern, professional brand identity that reflects Volantis Academy’s international roots and their commitment to precision, innovation, and aviation safety.

  2. The Academy website. A blazing-fast website, built with Next.js and designed around the brand, that launched with a perfect 100 Google Lighthouse score. In 2026 we rebuilt it on our latest stack as the academy grew:

    • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with localized page addresses
    • Audience-first messaging for individual learners and for organizations
    • A live course catalog, read directly from the learning campus so prices and courses are always current
    • A clear "Try 3 lessons free, no signup" path into the platform

  3. Volantis NDT Services. A dedicated website for the academy’s outside-agency NDT Level 3 services for MROs: Written Practice development, procedure approval, personnel qualification, examinations, and training aligned with NAS410 and SNT-TC-1A. It includes structured intake forms for service inquiries and for training and exam applications, with an internal notification for the team and a localized confirmation for the client, in English and Spanish.

  4. The learning campus. The e-learning platform that delivers the courses is now live. It has its own case study: A learning campus built to finish courses.
