Overview

TransitoFácil is falcani’s own platform for vehicle procedures in Colombia. Photograph the vehicle license, verify the data it reads, and download the documents ready to print and sign. No lines, no retyping, no starting over.

It turns the paperwork of a vehicle procedure into a few minutes of work, for 18 vehicle procedures, and it is built to serve both individual citizens and professional procedure agents.

How it works

  • Choose your procedure. From ownership transfers and registrations to duplicates and liens, the platform adapts the steps and the documents to each one.
  • Capture with your camera. Photograph both sides of the vehicle license and computer vision reads the data in seconds, so there is nothing to type by hand.
  • Verify before you pay. The platform flags only the fields it is unsure about and shows the crop of your photo next to the value, so you confirm or correct what matters.
  • Documents ready to sign. The application form, the power of attorney, and the sale contract come as one print-ready PDF, with support for several owners and buyers.

  • Phone capture. Scan a QR code to continue on your phone, take the photos with quality checks for blur and lighting, and return to the desktop with the data already in place.
  • Professional panel. A work queue with live status, prepaid credits, and batch payment let professionals prepare their clients’ paperwork in minutes.
  • Privacy by design. Explicit consent, encryption of personal data at rest, automatic deletion of uploaded images, and tools to access, correct, or delete personal data, designed around Colombia’s Habeas Data law.
