Overview

Ayda Martinelly is a vocational school that trains beauty professionals with national and international projection. It is licensed by the education authority of Zipaquirá and offers three technical programs (hair and beauty, hand and foot aesthetic care, and social and artistic makeup) plus short courses such as barbering, hairstyling, manicure and pedicure, haircutting, and social makeup.

Our relationship started with the website in 2022 and has grown with the school, from marketing to the systems that run the school day to day.

Our solutions

  1. A website that sells the dream. A fast, modern single-page site with a video hero, swipeable carousels for programs and courses with downloadable brochures, Facebook and Instagram embeds, and a contact section with the school’s location map that links straight to directions. We have maintained and improved it for years, from design upgrades to accessibility improvements.

  2. Online enrollment, without the paperwork. A guided six-step enrollment form for personal, family, and academic information, references, and signatures. Applicants receive secure links to upload documents and proof of payment, and to sign the enrollment contract with an electronic signature. The school countersigns from its admin area.

  3. Portals for students, teachers, and staff. Students follow their academic record, theory progress, practice logs, commercial project, certificates, and student ID. Teachers validate practices and track progress individually and by group. Administrative staff manage enrollments, students, users, clearance ("paz y salvo") certificates, and reports, and can export data for government reporting.

  4. Credentials anyone can verify. Student cards and certificates carry a QR code that opens a public verification page, so employers and clients can confirm that a credential is authentic in seconds.

  5. Documents generated automatically. Contracts, forms, and clearance certificates are generated as PDFs from the data already in the system, with consistent formatting and no retyping.

  6. Built to be dependable. The platform runs on modern authentication and a typed database layer, with automated unit and end-to-end tests that cover enrollment, contract signing, clearance, and QR certification.
